What is a tradeline?

    ⁃    Is a tradeline a credit account that can grant you credit history.

What is an Authorized User tradeline?

    ⁃    it is a tradeline that is originated from a credit card in which a person is able to obtain the credit history from that specific card. The credit history obtained will depend on the credit age, credit limit, and credit history of the card.

What’s the benefit in adding tradelines?

    ⁃    tradelines will give you additional credit history giving you better approval odds for financing as they will allow you to appear more credit worthy by giving you higher credit scores.

How many can tradelines can I add?

   -there’s no limit to how many tradelines you can purchase and have on your credit report.

How long does it take to post to my credit profile?

    ⁃    tradelines generally take 30-45 days to post to your credit profile but depends more closely on the statement date. 

How long do tradelines stay on my credit profile? 

    ⁃    30 days after it post your profile and you can pay to renew for another 60 days after the time is up.

What happens if my tradeline does not post?

    ⁃    We may have to pull your credit report, which usually solves the issue. If not, then we’ll replace your tradeline at no charge.

What will my credit score raise to after adding tradeline?

    ⁃    we wouldn’t be able to tell you exactly what score the would be.

How long does Basic apartment package take?

24hr - 48Hr

How long does Gold apartment package take? 

   14- 21 days.

How long does Platinum House package take

 7 days.

What’s the difference between the house package and apartment package? 

    ⁃    the apartment package does not include a tradeline. The house package does include a tradeline. The tradeline takes 30 days to post to your credit profile and generate a credit score. 

Can I be approved without any credit? 

-Yes you can. If and when approved, you’ll be approved based off of your income and rental history. 

What happens if I am denied?

    ⁃    we will apply to another apartment/ house.

Are application fees included?

    ⁃    Application fees are not included. Clients are responsible for all fees that may or may not include, application fee & admins fee, (when applying) deposit, and move-in fees.

Is An approval Guaranteed?

-Every apartment/house  has different guidelines and regulations when it comes to approval based on the location, management company, and even you, the tenant. These things we cannot always foresee. So denials can happen from time to time.

Is there a specific city and state we work with?

-Location does not matter, We work with clients all over the country.

What happens If you are denied?

-We will continue on with every client until they are approved.

Do you have to pay for another package if you are denied?

-No, you do not. 

Can you use your own ID/ Driver's License?

-Yes, all clients will be using their own original identification such as their ID and/or Drivers License  information.

What is the refund policy?

- Refunds will only be processed for any services that have not been provided. Once the services have been processed and given to the client no refunds can be given at that point.

Are there any special apartments to apply to?

-No. All apartments will expect that each tenant meets specific approval requirements. Our job is to help you reach those requirements.

Do we choose the apartment for you to apply to?

-No, you are the one choosing the apartment, relative to your own  location, budget, size etc.

Apartment listing website WE recommend?

-We recommend that each client finds their apartment from rentcafe.com. Rent cafe DOES NOT have guaranteed approvals, however we can accommodate you more if you choose an apartment there.

Can you use the House package to get an apartment?

-Yes, if the property you are applying to is requiring you to have a specific credit score for approval, then you would need the upgrade/house package which would generate you a credit score.

Will the Rental application be completed for us?

If an apartment is chosen on the rent cafe website, Our team members will complete the application on your behalf for you and the only thing you'll need to do is login to your application and submit it. (we will provide you with the login to the application). Otherwise, if you are not chosen from the  rent cafe website, we will accommodate you as much as we can but you'll have to process the rental application yourself.

Do we pay your application fee?

-You are responsible for all application fees and any other fees that are associated with renting an apartment/house that may or may not include, Admin fee, Deposit, move-in fees, and first month's rent).

Can you buy a house with the house package?

-No, with our housing packages, we only assist you in renting.

What Will my credit score be with the house package?

-660 to 700 credit score.

What type of places can you rent with the housing packages?

-Apartments, townhomes and houses.

What's the difference between the Basic apartment package and the Gold & Platinum house package?

-The Apartment package takes only 24- 48hrs, and Does not have any credit history. This is mainly because apartment complexes generally do not require you to have credit history in order to be approved. Included with the Gold or Platinum house package we will ensure that you have credit history as houses are a lot stricter on credit score requirements for approval. House package also takes 30 days.

How can I make a Purchase?

-You’ll have to make an inquiry through the website stating you'd like to purchase a package and a customer service representative will reach out to you to go over the package and then explain our payment methods. No purchases can be made without a phone consultation first to ensure all our clients understand the process in detail.
